Thanks to all those who reported the login issue problems yesterday. As I previously explained if you refresh
the page this error will resolve itself.
For a permanent fix to this problem we will be upgrading our server at 17:45 tonight, this is after the day’s races
have finished to ensure minimum disruption to the service.
After this the site should run as normal, any problems after this time you have with access please delete your browser
cache and then reaccess the site.

i have been locked out for 4 days and you have not responded to any emails please respond

I probably have, all emails have been answered, so please check junk for replies. locking occurs when you use software from multiple locations or IP addresses. Its a security measure. I’ll unlock now, but the multiple IP address rule will still apply for future use.

I have the same issue and been locked out for a week now. I have only ever logged on using my tablet yet been told multiple ip address has been used.

I’m not sure why the software locked you out, I’ll speak to the developers as it should only do it through multiple IP use. I’ve reactivated, any problems let me know.
